Pet Portrait Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to the Billie & Blake Pet Portrait Giveaway running across Instagram and Facebook in October 2026.
1. Promoter
The promoter is:

2. The prizes
There are two prizes available in total:
- one hand-painted A5 pet portrait for the Instagram prize draw
- one hand-painted A5 pet portrait for the Facebook prize draw
Each portrait will be hand-painted by Billie & Blake using a photograph supplied by the winner.
Any type of pet may be submitted, provided the winner owns the photograph or has permission to provide it for use as a painting reference.
The prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
The finished portraits will be posted to the winners at no cost.
Billie & Blake intends to complete and post each winning portrait by 30 November 2026.
3. Eligibility
The prize draws are open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
Employees, contractors or anyone directly involved in administering the promotion are not eligible to enter.
4. Promotion dates
Entries open when the respective giveaway post is published on Instagram or Facebook.
Both prize draws close at 11:59pm UK time on 11 October 2026.
Entries received after this time will not be included.
5. How to enter on Instagram
To enter the Instagram prize draw, entrants must:
- Follow @billieandblake.experiences on Instagram.
- Tag two friends in the comments of the giveaway post.
There is one Instagram entry per person.
Additional comments or additional friend tags do not create additional entries.
Entrants must still be following Billie & Blake when the winner is verified.
Sharing the giveaway post is welcomed but is not required to enter and does not create an additional entry.
6. How to enter on Facebook
To enter the Facebook prize draw, entrants must:
- Follow the Billie & Blake Facebook page (@billieandblake.experiences).
- Comment on the giveaway post with their pet’s name or a photograph of their pet.
There is one Facebook entry per person.
Additional comments do not create additional entries.
Entrants must still be following the Billie & Blake Facebook page when the winner is verified.
Entrants may tag friends in the comments if they wish, but tagging another person is not a condition of entry and does not create an additional entry.
7. Entering both prize draws
The Instagram and Facebook promotions are two separate prize draws.
Entrants may enter both promotions and therefore have one valid entry in each draw.
A maximum of one prize may be won per person.
The Instagram prize draw will be conducted first.
If the Instagram winner is subsequently selected in the Facebook draw, the Facebook draw will be redrawn to select a different eligible winner.
8. Winner selection
One winner will be selected at random from all valid Instagram entries and one winner will be selected at random from all valid Facebook entries.
Billie & Blake will use a random selection method and retain evidence of the selection process.
The draws will take place after entries close.
9. Winner announcement and contact
Winners will be announced on 13 October 2026.
Billie & Blake will contact each winner directly using the relevant Instagram or Facebook account.
Winners will be asked to respond within 7 days.
If a winner does not respond within 7 days, cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, is found to be ineligible, or has not completed the required entry steps, another winner may be selected at random.
Billie & Blake will never ask a winner for payment, card details or bank details in order to receive their prize.
Entrants should be cautious of imitation or fraudulent accounts claiming that they have won.
10. Winner information
Billie & Blake may make available limited information confirming that valid prizes have been awarded, where required under applicable UK promotional rules.
Winners may request that the amount of information made publicly available is reduced where permitted, although relevant information may still need to be provided to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.
11. Prize fulfilment
Winners will need to provide:
- a suitable photograph of their chosen pet
- their name
- a UK postal address for delivery
Billie & Blake may request an alternative photograph if the supplied image is not suitable as a painting reference.
The artistic interpretation, composition and painting style will be consistent with Billie & Blake’s existing pet portrait work.
12. Administration
Billie & Blake reserves the right to reject entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated or otherwise do not comply with these terms.
The promotion will be administered fairly and in accordance with these published terms.
These terms will not be changed during the promotion except where genuinely necessary due to circumstances outside Billie & Blake’s reasonable control and where doing so would not unfairly disadvantage entrants.
13. Platform disclaimer
The Instagram prize draw is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.
The Facebook prize draw is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook.
Entrants release Instagram and Facebook from responsibility in connection with the promotion to the extent permitted by law.
14. Privacy
Personal information supplied by winners will only be used as reasonably necessary to administer the prize draw, produce and deliver the prize, comply with legal or regulatory obligations, and otherwise in accordance with Billie & Blake’s privacy policy.
Contact and delivery details collected for prize fulfilment will not be added to marketing mailing lists unless the entrant separately chooses to subscribe.
